WELCOME TO THE CITY OF BRISBANE PARKING PERMIT PORTAL

You must REGISTER for an account before purchasing a permit.


Please note: If you’re using a mobile device, select the three lines in the top right-hand corner to start the registration process. 

Your parking permit is issued to each licensed individual with a unique vehicle with the registration information provided, including license plate number. A hang tag will be mailed to you upon completion of the registration process and successful payment of fees. The hang tag shall be displayed from your rearview mirror with the information visible from the front of the vehicle.

Permits are not valid until the approval process is complete and payment has been received and processed.

When entering your plate number, use uppercase letters and do not include any special characters or spaces between the letters/numbers.

All account holders are responsible to update their permit information including vehicle/license plate, address, etc. To update information for an existing permit, login to your account and go to My Permits.

Permits do not guarantee a parking space. Parking spaces are available on a first come, first served basis. We are not responsible for loss or damage due to fire, theft, breakage, or collision. Articles and contents kept inside a parked vehicle are left at owner’s own risk.  The City of Brisbane reserves the right to restrict the use of permits.
